DuPont′s Corporate Support for Diversity Networks
Consistent with DuPont′s Corporate Support for Diversity Networks (April 1995), BGLAD (Bisexuals, Gays, Lesbians, Transgendered and Allies at DuPont) is a recognized network whose vision is to realize the maximum potential of bisexual, gay, lesbian and transgendered employees to enhance DuPont′s competitive advantage in the global markets. Established in 1991, BGLAD has become an international network with hundreds of members representing virtually all SBUs and Functions. BGLAD′s continued focus is on issues of education, safety, management resourcing and community building -- both internal and external to DuPont. BGLAD is an organization for employees of DuPont and its affiliates, joint ventures and subsidiaries who are bisexual, gay, lesbian or transgendered, or who support these concerns.
